1. Before you request deletion

EstateOS is used by real estate businesses to manage their own users, leads, customers and property records. The right route depends on who controls the information:

  • If a real estate business added your information: contact that business first. It controls the record and can ask EstateOS to assist with deletion.
  • If you are an EstateOS user: ask your organisation’s account administrator to remove your account or submit a request using the steps below.
  • If you are the workspace owner or authorised administrator: you may request deletion of the full workspace, subject to verification and contractual requirements.
Deletion is permanent once completed. Export any records you are required or permitted to keep before asking us to delete a workspace.

2. Request deletion of an account or personal information

  1. Email hello@yuvathy.in from the address associated with your EstateOS account.
  2. Use the subject line “EstateOS data deletion request”.
  3. Include your full name, account email address, organisation or workspace name, and whether you want your user account, specific personal information or both deleted.
  4. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, government identity documents or sensitive property/customer records in the first email.

3. Request deletion of an entire workspace

Only the workspace owner, an authorised administrator or another verified representative may request deletion of a customer workspace. Email hello@yuvathy.in from the administrator email and include:

  • the organisation and workspace name;
  • your name and administrator role;
  • the reason for the request, if you wish to provide it; and
  • a clear statement that you are requesting permanent deletion of the entire workspace.

We may ask for confirmation from another authorised contact or use a secure verification method before proceeding. A deletion request does not automatically cancel unpaid charges or other obligations under an active agreement.

4. What happens next

  1. Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
  2. Verification: we confirm your identity, authority and the exact scope of the request. We may ask your organisation’s administrator to approve a request involving customer-controlled data.
  3. Deletion: after verification, we normally complete deletion from active systems within 30 days unless law, security needs or a contract requires a different period.
  4. Confirmation: we send confirmation to the verified contact when the request is complete or explain any information we must retain.

5. What deletion covers

Depending on the verified scope, deletion may cover:

  • your EstateOS user profile and access credentials;
  • contact information and account preferences;
  • customer workspace records such as properties, leads, notes, tasks, uploaded files and activity history;
  • integration tokens and configuration connected only to the deleted account; and
  • support information that is not required for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.

Removing a user from a workspace may preserve business records they created—such as notes or assigned activities—where the customer needs those records, while removing or de-identifying the user profile where appropriate.

6. Information that may be retained

Limited information may remain when necessary to:

  • comply with tax, accounting, legal or regulatory obligations;
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • detect fraud, abuse or security incidents;
  • maintain a record that a request was completed; or
  • allow secure backup rotation and disaster recovery.

Backup copies are isolated from normal use and deleted or overwritten according to our backup lifecycle. Information retained for a legal or security purpose is restricted to that purpose and kept only as long as necessary.

7. Third-party and integration data

Deleting data from EstateOS does not automatically delete copies already sent to an integration, exported by a user or stored in another provider. Contact the relevant provider or your organisation’s administrator to request deletion from those systems.

8. Questions or unresolved requests

If you have questions or believe a request was not handled correctly, contact us and include the reference from your original request.
